Meals are long affairs at ours – we love eating!

Our food philosophy is simple – we offer you locally sourced, naturally grown and mainly plant based meals. And there is plenty of food available, you will not go hungry. Think colourful, tasty, beautifully presented, seasonal and nutritious ‘feasts’ cooked with love and intension to ensure you leave the mealtimes satisfied and well nurtured.

Typically we enjoy meals on our bespoke long dining table under a covered terrace that overlooks the gardens and our stunning pool. On cooler nights we light the fireplace in the heart of the house and have dinner indoors with open fire and candle light soothing the senses.

We also offer nutritionist guidance and workshops, and cater for individual dietary requirements. Juices, water, herbal teas and infusions and all meals plus fruit and snacks are included in our retreat packages. And maybe a glass of wine with your dinner if you fancy… its all about balance.

For private villa retreats and retreat hosting, we offer you different food options, these all will be discussed and planned around your activities and nutritional needs.

Our founder, Katja, is passionate about un-fussy and simple cooking that looks beautiful, is seasonal ensuring maximum nutrition. Her breakfast feast has been featured in IBIZA, PEOPLE & FOOD book (2020) alongside her life-story on how she ended up hosting wellness retreats. Our guests are repeatedly asking for our recipes to be published in a book format, so watch this space!

And we are SO EXCITED to introduce our private chef extraordinaire for our 2021 retreats: Remko the Healthy Chef. His exceptional plant based cuisine has own over many bellies and hearts, we cannot wait for you to sample (and see!) his fantastic food.
