Due to teacher cancellations, low bookings or other situations outside our control some retreats may be temporarily or permanently unavailable. We reserve the right to make any changes to our programme, retreats, therapists or teachers. Alternative arrangements are offered to the best of our ability but, if not taken up, we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including airfare.
If Yoga Trip Retreats decides to offer a discount to some students, or last minute discount places, this does not affect the status of any students who have previously paid the full price, and no discount will then become due to them.
Students who have paid a supplement for a single room will not qualify for any discount regardless of whether another student happens to be alone in a ‘shared’ room.
Yoga Trip accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illness, which may occur while at any Yoga Trip booked retreat locations, or travelling to or from these retreat locations. All students and participants are requested to have their own comprehensive travel insurance to cover any loss or injury, including repatriation if necessary, and cover for third party accidents, including travelling in a motor vehicle that is driven by third party, loss or breakages to electronic equipment and optical wear, lost or stolen items and ensure the insurance cover is sufficient for all of the items you carry with you to the retreat. Furthermore we advice strongly you to take the insurance at the time of the booking to cover any unexpected changes that may lead to cancellation.
During your stay Yoga Trip Retreats takes every step to ensure that students are not stretched beyond the limit of their capabilities. We ask that you tell the host, therapist or teacher if you have any particular pre-existing injury or illness that is relevant, and please tell the teacher or host if you are finding the class too difficult. We advise that if you are feeling any pain, discomfort or illness during class or any activities that you stop and rest immediately and speak with the host or teacher immediately prior to speaking with any third parties to ensure best possible action and care for you, and fastest response possible. Our aim is to ensure everyones safety, comfort and enjoyment at the retreat and should we feel your behaviour is affecting this or disturbing others we have the right to ask to you leave the retreat and no monies will be reimbursed to you.
If you are new to yoga or generally have no regular physical activity habit, or have any recent physical or mental health concerns or any general or long term health concerns that may affect you taking part of physical or mindfulness activities, or if you may be pregnant please do contact your doctor prior to making a booking to get their clearance to the matter. Please advice us in the first booking stage of any health concerns (physical and mental) so we can ensure we are in the position to offer you and other retreat guests safe and fulfilling experience.
We will send you medical questionnaire with the booking form, please return this to us immediately, this is to ensure we can offer you the best possible experience in safe environment. Should we decide that we are not able to offer you safe and fulfilling enjoyable experience due to medical or any other reason, we will refund your deposit payment in full. We advice you not to book your flights before this clearance has been made, especially if you have medical concerns. In addition if your medical (physical or mental) condition changes by the time your retreat starts please do tell us immediately on your arrival to the retreat location so we can alter your program accordingly.
